Auto Parts Network was established in 1996 by Glenn Hickey. With a background in operating a number of automotive-related businesses Hickey recognized the need for an organized professional recycling operation. This operation would serve the auto parts needs of all facets of the automotive industry, including service garages, the hands-on car enthusiast, new and used car dealers, and the retail customer.

From humble beginnings, Auto Parts Network has quickly grown to become one of the largest and most environmentally friendly automotive dismantling and recycling facilities in Atlantic Canada. Our main line of business involves purchasing and processing damaged vehicles from insurance companies. These vehicles are thoroughly inspected and valuable components are identified and removed. Auto Parts Network’s computerized inventory system utilizes bar-coding technology as well as a sophisticated interchange system to identify, locate and manage hundreds of thousands of parts.

Our 3-level racking System

Our massive inventory including quality recycled parts, rebuilt parts, new factory overstock, and the largest inventory of aftermarket sheet metal in Newfoundland, make us one of the largest suppliers of automotive parts in the region.

Our 26,000 sq. ft. facility is located on a fourteen-acre site on Corey King Drive. We have developed a three-level racking system that enables us to effectively organize our massive inventory of dismantled vehicles.

Here at Auto Parts Network we have a team of 30 employees who work in an environment that nurtures an energetic and enthusiastic work ethic.
